I can't find any comments by Henry in his commentary on Genesis until the place you'd expect it, Genesis 3:15, wherein is generally (and correctly) reckoned the first revelation of the Gospel.

In fact, I've now searched all of his complete commentary for references to Genesis chapter 1, and can find nowhere any reference at all to the gospel being revealed OTHER than references Henry makes to the proper place, Genesis chapter 3.

Are you referring to Henry's commentary, or something else Henry wrote? Certainly at least in the electronic copies I have of the complete commentary I can find no reference at all to the things you have mentioned.
