It is, IMO, an erroneous coding of a spiritual experience. Judged biblically, I cannot find any way to justify the language to explain the experience under consideration. Wrong, harmful, erroneous. I'll leave the parsing of heresy, heterodoxy, unorthodxy, etc. to others.
