Did you mean "the medievals were no less compromised in this regard..."? The way it reads it sounds as if contemporary evangelicals aren't noticeably compromised, and neither were the medievals.
Yes, I suppose I do. I tend to get the impression that we think the medievals were totally compromised with pagan philosophy, while we are not.
