I, contra to my Brother Ritchie, would consider distinctive dress of the minister to be a circumstance of worship, and not an element. The Scriptures do not command what a minister should wear, thus should any clothing be forbidden?
But, as always, I am open to being told and persuaded differently, the peon that I am when it comes to doctrine and practice.
