I'm also wondering:
Rom 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
If I understand this verse correctly, the law makes all who are under the law guilty before God. If the law was just given to Israel, how is all the world under that law?
