Someone could say that Lazarus was given that information afterwards, when he was (supposedly) writing the gospel - but it's still nuts.
Weirder yet - D. A. Carson, in his
New Testament Commentary Survey, says that one wacky commentator believes that the Virgin Mary wrote Hebrews!
