I would partake without hesitation unless I had significant doctrinal disagreements with them. If I found myself in a RCC or Lutheran church I would abstain.
Why abstain?
Anthony,

I won't answer for Seb, but I would abstain in a Roman church because I consider it 1. Apostate 2. Transubstantiation to be an abomination. I don't believe Lutherans are apostate but their view of the Lord's Supper is also in error imho, and for that reason I would not participate.
