I am not sure there is a hard and fast rule here. I choose to keep the computers off for the most part on the Lord's day. If I am not worshiping with the Church I should be worshiping with my family, not separated from either while on the PB.

I don't post on the PB on the Lord's day for the same reason I don't post during any stated worship be that Private, Family or Public.
