That's one BIG book. Is it still out of print in the banner edition? A while back I saw someone was trying to sell on ebay a first edition for like $1,000.
Wow! I had no idea it was worth that much! I got mine at a second hand book store for something like $35.00. It's in sad shape though, I don't like to handle it much anymore. It doesn't have a front cover, and a few of the pages are unreadable..but I really like it.

Don't know about a Banner Edition.
