Absolutely! In the current climate, anything not partaking of painstaking tolerance is viewed as hate speech. Most of the "red letter" words in the Bible (with the exception of the only verse pagans know by heart = "Judge not . . .") would be considered "hate speech" as would the Hebrew prophets, the Apostle Paul, the Apostle John's epistles, and practically everything in the Revelation.
