| introduction and greetings
I would like to introduce myself and give greetings to all PB members. I discovered this site a month ago or so as I sought information about a particular topic. I find the PB site tremendous and the threads practical and thought provoking. It is great to have such wide ranging views yet all contained within the reformed context. It has been a benefit to learn from so many others and I hope I can contribute something worthwhile when I can.
I was born and brought up in Edinburgh but unfortunately did not appreciate the fine history of my own city whilst living there. Having studied theology at college and spent ten years on the mission field I am now living in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and attend Lambeg Baptist church where I serve as an elder. I am married to Carol and we have three boys currently aged between 15-21
I have found studying the Puritans enriching, heart warming, reassuring and just love their many memorable quotes which cause the mind to focus on a particular part of Christ's person and work.
I look forward to many opportunities to learn from you all.
Stuart
