WISN, the ABC TV station out of Milwaukee, is reporting at this very moment that Brett Favre is retiring.

For me that means the end of my following pro football. I'm hanging by a thread with pro baseball too.

I followed the Favre career from the beginning. I've watched the majority of the games he played. There has not been nor will there ever be a quarterback like No. 4.

Well, at least I'll have a little more time to focus on something else since I won't be watching pro football again.
