I would respond that this statement is wrong.

The correct statement would be: All in Adam die, and all in Christ live.

John 3 sheds light on the similarities. We are physically born dead in Adam and Spiritually born again in Christ.

The difference is "all" as opposed to "many" (cf: Romans 5).
