It is the natural outcome to those who Christ imparts his work of regeneration. It is not conditional upon their repentance and faith, as regeneration precedes both, and repentance and faith are the fruits of regeneration. A decision will be made, but that decision is also a fruit of already being regenerate, not a cause or a condition of it.
