I want the TOC to be the page that's available on the menu, but not the actual Policy Manual itself. | Ok. Then make a TOC page as a subpage of About Us. You can even call that page (and probably should) "Policy Manual" It will still be a ToC. Then create a sub-sub page called something else like "Full Manual." Make it a subpage of "Policy Manual" Then edit "Full Manual" and find the box for "include in navigation" (I think) and make sure it is NOT checked. That should do it.
