I would encourage you not to limit your studies on Biblical Christian Sabbath-keeping solely to the New Testament. It is a matter of keeping the Fourth Commandment, after all, and all of Scripture is profitable for teaching on this subject.
In fact, you may wish to step back from the question of how to keep the Sabbath holy, to make sure you understand what the Sabbath is, its purpose, the change of day, and what is fundamentally required by the Fourth Commandment.
As for Sabbath-keeping, I'll provide some foundational passages, both scriptural and confessional for your consideration. There have been many, many threads on Sabbath-keeping and there are many resources on the subject in the links manager and at A Puritans Mind, which will be helpful if you wish to delve into them.
The 1689 London Baptist Confession says what Sean said, and provides three scriptural passages in support of their propositions, just one of which is from the New Testament: Quote:
8. The sabbath is then kept holy unto the Lord, when men, after a due preparing of their hearts, and ordering their common affairs aforehand, do not only observe an holy rest all day, from their own works, words and thoughts, about their worldly employment and recreations, but are also taken up the whole time in the public and private exercises of his worship, and in the duties of necessity and mercy.

The sabbath or Lord's day is to be sanctified by an holy resting all the day [a], not only from such works as are at all times sinful, but even from such worldly employments and recreations as are on other days lawful [b]; and making it our delight to spend the whole time (except so much of it as is to be taken up in works of necessity and mercy [c]) in the public and private exercises of God's worship [d]: and, to that end, we are to prepare our hearts, and with such foresight, diligence, and moderation, to dispose and seasonably dispatch our worldly business, that we may be the more free and fit for the duties of that day [e].

Jer. 17:21-22 Thus saith the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem; Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.

Isa. 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. Lev. 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

Neh. 13:19 And it came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened till after the sabbath: and some of my servants set I at the gates, that there should no burden be brought in on the sabbath day.
