Definitely the reformed scheme, which Bavinck gives expression to. I think it's also important to note that the idea of grace restoring nature also requires the complementary teaching of justice punishing unrenewed nature. It sometimes happens that this point is omitted and one is left with a false impression concerning the restitution of all things.
