Psallo 1 and 2

Just a heads up that the following have been added as free resources on The Confessional Presbyterian Website.

Free Resources:
Psallo Musical settings and tunes.
In each issue of The Confessional Presbyterian we try to have a new setting of a selection from the Psalms with commentary in a feature titled Psallo. The settings and midi files for the tunes for the various entries to date are: CPJ 1 (2005), PDF: Psalm 109:1-10 (Malediction.midi); CPJ 2 (2006), PDF: Psalm 2:1-12 (Nashqhu-Bar [Kiss the Son].midi).
The above are by PB's Rev.Todd Ruddell.

The Regulative Principle: Samuel Miller gives a succinct statement of this principle when he writes that since the Scriptures are the “only infallible rule of faith and practice, no rite or ceremony ought to have a place in the public worship of God, which is not warranted in Scripture, either by direct precept or example, or by good and sufficient inference.”
