From Sacred Text to Religious Text: An Intellectual History of the Impact of Lower Criticism on Dogma, Letis' Ph.D. dissertation at the University of Edinburgh. Other stuff of his is available as seen below.
Reading about him on the internet I have become aware of the "unevenness" of his postions on textual matters,
and yet the information and insights his scholarly labors have provided are worth their weight in gold to me, and my own labors.
