Good list, but I don't think I would classify Lloyd-Jones as an Anglican. Westminster Chapel was/is(?) a Congregationalist congregation, and I think that Lloyd-Jones was, technically at least, a Presbyterian (according to his ordination? I could be wrong about this.). But I KNOW he wasn't an Anglican.
