Seriously, you need to send the note that you're getting and provide it to your ISP. You'r the victim of the fact that your ISP is on the list. I'm not going to re-implement the block any time soon (until I get a whitelist feature built) but in the meantime, I would cut and paste what the site reported and send it to your ISP requesting that they rectify the problem.
